Below you will find our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery methods, tracking information, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
1. Shipping Rates (United States Only)
Peptidic currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Shipping speed refers to the transit time once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
*Florida customers: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM EST are typically delivered the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday (not next day).
2. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–72 business hours.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing when possible.
During high-volume periods (promotions, sales events), processing time may be extended.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the label is created.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays
Peptidic is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Local carrier or regional disruptions
If your package is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking movement, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
5. Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received
If your package is marked as Delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.)
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Verify your address on the order confirmation
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 48 hours.
We will open a Delivery Investigation with the carrier; this process typically takes a few business days.
Once the carrier provides their final determination, we will guide you through the next steps.
Peptidic cannot issue replacements or refunds until the carrier investigation is completed.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
This includes unit numbers, apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Peptidic is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly update the address.
- Once the order is fulfilled, no modifications are possible.
7. Returned Packages (Undeliverable)
Packages returned to Peptidic due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing unit number
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
…may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes).
- We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product
- Your order number
We will assist you immediately.
10. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research peptides and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.
Cancellations: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@peptidic.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order enters processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review your case and work with you to find a solution.
Refund Timeframe: If a refund is approved (for cancellations prior to shipment or verified damaged/incorrect orders), it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
