Shipping
At Peptidic LLC, we offer free FedEx 3-Day shipping on all U.S. orders.
Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only, unless otherwise specified.
We offer same business-day shipping for all orders placed before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm EST or during weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Express shipping options are available (FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight) for an additional fee.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an automated confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.
Shipping policies and rates, including free shipping thresholds, may change at any time without notice.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research peptides and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.
Cancellations: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@peptidic.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order enters processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review your case and work with you to find a solution.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Refund Timeframe
If a refund is approved (for cancellations prior to shipment or verified damaged/incorrect orders), it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
